Still Kickin’ Music Video Debut / Released July 2018

Therafusion:

Jamison Alley coined “therafusion” as her unique genre of music. Therafusion has an intensely based country pop feel that includes a merger of different styles and an added touch of therapeutic insight.  Jamie hopes her music will appeal to anyone who needs a smile, needs an inspiration, or a motivation to change.

Nominated Best Female Vocalist in Best of Charleston’s for 2024, Jamison Alley uses her therapeutic insights to bring inspiration and motivation to her listeners. As an Occupational and Music Therapist, Jamie creates country pop songs that cultivates story lines about valuable lessons and important people that made her who she is as a person and artist. Jamie (a.k.a. Jamison Alley) depicts her genre as Therafusion - an intensely based country pop feel that merges different styles and adds a touch of therapeutic insight. Jamie began her career as a vocalist on piano but transitioned into rhythm guitar and bass which perfectly fits her style. Originally from Pennsylvania, she moved to Charleston, South Carolina, where she now considers home and pursues her music career. Jamison Alley’s Still Kickin’ (released 2018) was featured in All About Country in 2019. In light of the current world-wide need of hope, Jamison Alley recently released her single Stay Inside, Take My Hand that can be found on all major streaming and listening platforms.

Sad Excuse

STAY INSIDE, TAKE MY HAND

Stay inside, has a different meaning

Swallow your pride, just start believing

Need you now, more than ever

To save our families, save our friends, save whomever

I'm beggin' you, give it a try

I'm beggin' you for those who want to live

I'm beggin' you, take this hidden ride

We'll come together on the upside, take my hand my virtual hand..... stay alive

Stay inside, now has a different meaning

We struggle along, but it makes us strong, I keep repeating

Need you now more than ever, to save our lives, save our homes, not destroy forever

I'm beggin' you, give it a try

I'm beggin' you, for those who want to live

I'm beggin' you, take this hidden ride

We'll come together on the upside, take my hand my virtual hand..... stay alive

I'm beggin' you, give it a try

I'm beggin' you, stay inside

I'm beggin' you...you'll be surprised

We'll come together on the upside, take my hand my virtual hand..... stay alive

We'll come together on the upside, holding hands, our virtual hands..... stay aliveS

Jamie also has the opportunity to play with Rene Russell and The Bottom End. www.renerussellandthebottomend.com

Based out of Charleston, SC, Rene Russell and The Bottom End have a message for you: you have the power to change your circumstances and make your world a better place. That is the message laid out in their debut record, Dream The World Anew, and it is the motto in which the South Carolina musician lives her life. Playing acoustic Americana-Rock with hints of Bluegrass & Reggae undertones, Rene Russell plays her Taylor 12-string in a distinctive percussive finger-picking/claw-hammer style, while Chris Blackwell backs her with drums and Jamie Lupini keeps the groove on bass.  Vocally, Rene has been compared to Stevie Nicks/Fleetwood Mac, Natalie Merchant/10,000 Maniacs, and Melissa Etheridge.

Each song on the new record comes from personal experience and is intended to invoke feelings of courage, choice, change, and truth. It draws on the band's shared ideals of the importance of a healthy planet, healthy body, and healthy mind. Featuring three new versions of previous releases - “Doodlebug,” “Choices,” and “Too Late” - as well as 6 brand new tracks, Dream the World Anew is guaranteed to make you think, feel, dance, and groove all at the same time. Watch for it to drop May 21, 2021, and get ready to start looking inwards.
